Aylan Consolas Videojuegos/2026
Aylan Consolas Videojuegos
A redesign proposal for a retro console and Game Stick shop on Tiendanube: new layout, hierarchy and design system, built on the store's real catalogue and conditions.
(01) Overview
Aylan sells Game Stick consoles, retro handhelds, projectors, drones and accessories from a shop in Pilar, Buenos Aires, and ships across Argentina through its Tiendanube store. I designed a working demo of how that storefront could look and behave: a new home page with catalogue, cart and design system, filled with the store's real products, prices, promotions, payment and shipping terms. It is a proposal presented to the business, not the store in production.

(A) The Challenge
The buyer compares on price and trust. Every product carries three prices that matter, and a lot of the audience is wary of online scams. The page had to make all of that readable at a glance on a phone, and feel like a games shop, not a bank.
(B) The Approach
- 01
Neon, held in check
The mood takes the neon energy of gaming and retro consoles and holds it in check with a cold, quiet base, so the catalogue stays the protagonist.
- 02
Three prices, one order
Price got the strictest rule: each card stacks list price, transfer price in green and six instalments in a fixed order, always worked out from the store's published conditions.
- 03
Trust in sections, not slogans
Trust is answered with payment and shipping methods, verified reviews, the physical shop with its hours and a five-question FAQ.
- 04
Light and dark, one family
Light and dark sections share the very same components, so the page alternates a calm catalogue with a dark promotional band without anything looking out of family.

(02) Brand & Design System
A cold neutral base with a violet brand colour, plus three neon accents with fixed jobs: cyan for information, lime for offers and the main call to action, magenta for urgency. Space Grotesk carries headlines and figures, Inter the rest. Continuous motion is limited to slow floats and soft shifts that stay smooth, and all of it switches off for people who prefer reduced motion. No emojis in the interface.

(03) The Product
Three promotions, one carousel
Pre-booking with chosen games, the shop's Game Stick line and the 20% transfer discount rotate every seven seconds, slow enough to be read. The carousel pauses on hover and answers to arrows, dots, keyboard and swipe.
Three prices per card, always in the same order
List price, transfer price in green and six instalments, so the eye learns where to look after the first card. Tabs for Game Stick, new arrivals and accessories, each with eight products, an animated indicator and full keyboard navigation.
The discount visible before checkout
A side drawer with quantities and removal per line, the subtotal and, right below, the total paying by transfer. A short notice confirms each addition without leaving the catalogue.
Eighteen categories in one hover
The store has 23 categories. The mega menu lays out 18 of them in columns with a link to the full catalogue, and on mobile the same list becomes a side panel.
Where to start, by what people buy
A bento grid that gives the Game Stick line the large tile and groups drones, projectors, controllers and the TV box converter around it, each with its own photograph and a one-line hook.
(04) The Outcome
A clickable storefront with 24 products across three tabs, an 18-category mega menu, a three-slide hero carousel, a cart drawer with quantities and the transfer total, plus a 12-section design system page documenting every colour, type style and component. The layout was designed from 320 px phones up and checked with no horizontal overflow at 320, 360 and 768 px, with visible focus, full keyboard navigation and panels that close with Escape. The result is a shop where the three prices and the reasons to trust it are visible before the buyer has to ask.
