Gabinete Místico · Vacantes
A recruitment landing for a tarot reading cabinet: it convinces readers and psychics to work from home and gets them through a 14 field sign up form.
(01) Overview
Bubo Media needed a steady flow of readers and psychics for a tarot cabinet that belongs to a holding of phone tarot platforms (Tarot Infinito, Taroteca, ÉxitoRadio). From the client's content brief I designed a recruitment landing, Gabinete Místico, that pitches the job, sets expectations about onboarding and collects the full application in one place.

(A) The Challenge
The previous funnel was a bare, undesigned form, and candidates are self-employed professionals wary of ghost cabinets and late payments. The application asks for sensitive data, so the page had to earn that trust and still keep the form short enough to finish on a phone.
(B) The Approach
- 01
The form goes second
The key decision was placing the form right after the hero, not at the end. Every call to action leads to the first field, and the hero was trimmed so it appears in one scroll.
- 02
Doubts answered in order
Around it, the page answers the candidate's doubts one by one: benefits, a three step onboarding that explains identity verification before it happens, requirements, testimonials and a FAQ on contract, fees and payments.
- 03
Real brands as proof
The group's real brands appear on the page as proof that the cabinet exists, a direct answer to the fear of ghost cabinets.
- 04
Mystic, but serious
Night blue, gold with an amber branch and Cormorant Garamond keep the tone warm but sober, so a mystic trade reads as a serious job.

(03) The Product
One promise, one line of urgency
The headline sells freedom and secure payments, a short limited places notice is sized so it always stays on one line, and both calls to action jump straight to the first form field.
The form goes second, not last
14 fields in a two column grid with labels always visible, inline errors and two safety notes: why the forwarding phone and bank account must match the applicant, and what the identity check after sending is for. The form is always ready, never waiting on an entrance animation.
Benefits, then what happens next
Four benefit cards (freedom, steady calls, fortnightly payouts, respect) and a three step onboarding (sign up, validation and identity check, activation) whose connectors draw in as they come into view.
Real brands against the ghost cabinet fear
The group's three platform logos arrived as images on white. I cleaned them and recoloured them in a deeper gold so they sit inside the palette and stay legible on cream.
Six colleagues, six objections answered
Each quote targets one doubt: punctual payments, schedule freedom, clear settlements, no need to find clients, ethics and technical support. A swipeable carousel on mobile, a three column grid on desktop.
Contract and money, in plain words
Seven accordion answers on the commercial relationship, hours, the payment facilitator, how fees are calculated, payout timing and conduct rules, closing with a direct WhatsApp line for last minute doubts.
(04) The Outcome
In the client's A/B test against the old form, registrations went from 7% to 50%. The landing was delivered in two rounds, with a design system document so future edits keep the same rules.
