soySMS
A bulk-SMS platform for businesses, designed from the brand outward: one visual voice from the first logo sketch to the last dashboard view.
(01) Overview
soySMS lets businesses send SMS campaigns, notifications and reminders to thousands of contacts in seconds. The project covered the whole spectrum, from the brand identity and the design system to more than 40 screens across the marketing site, the sign-up flow and the working dashboard.

(A) The Challenge
Two moods had to live under one roof: a marketing site that persuades in seconds and a dashboard where someone spends their working day. Underneath was trust: a tool that sends to thousands of people at once had to look calm, precise and easy to control.
(B) The Approach
- 01
The brand comes first
I began with the brand and let the product grow out of it. The envelope icon distils the category into a single, friendly mark, and a purple from soft lilac to deep plum gives warmth without losing seriousness.
- 02
Drawn once, used everywhere
Those choices, with Albert Sans for type, became a shared system of colours, type styles and components, so a button, a badge or a table row means the same thing on every screen.
- 03
One purple action per view
Hierarchy does the heavy lifting: one purple call to action per view, neutrals for everything else and soft tints for success and warning, so status reads at a glance without turning the dashboard into a traffic light.

(02) Brand & Design System
The icon, a messaging envelope, distils the category into a single stroke. A full brand board sets out colour versions and real applications, alongside a palette and type defined as shared styles: a brand purple in graded depths for accents and calls to action, over a base of neutrals and soft status colours used the same way in tables, badges and forms.

(03) The Product
Writing a message without second-guessing
The compose screen keeps everything that causes doubt in view: who receives it, how many characters and credits it uses, and whether it goes now or later. One clear primary action, nothing hidden behind menus.
Recurring sends you can read at a glance
Campaigns by frequency (daily, weekly, specific days) with Active and Paused states drawn as soft badges, so a long list of reminders and onboarding sequences stays scannable instead of noisy.
Audiences that feel organised
Contacts grouped into segments, with import and opt-out lists given their own calm space, because respecting the recipient's choice is part of the brand's promise.
Reuse without rewriting
Saved templates speed up frequent sends and keep the business's tone consistent across every message, presented as cards that read like the messages themselves.
A prepaid model with nothing to hide
Credit packs, usage history and invoices laid out plainly. Success and failure screens for payment close the loop with the same tone as the rest of the product, so even an error feels looked after.
(04) The Outcome
A clean interface that makes a complex operation feel simple: write, schedule and follow every send. The product is live at soysms.es, with a complete journey from sign-up to delivery report, through automated campaigns, templates, contact management and prepaid credits, all speaking the same visual language as the site that sold it.
