Previously operating under the name Inmobiliaria Sur, the website felt outdated and cluttered.
The redesign elevated the brand into Ricardo Pszegotski, aligning with over 25 years of
trusted experience in Apóstoles, Misiones — but presented with a cleaner, more contemporary identity.

The old site was functional but outdated — with dense layouts, limited filtering, and inconsistent visuals.
The new version streamlines navigation, applies a consistent brand system, and adds modern UX patterns
for both property discovery and professional services.

The redesign prioritizes clarity, trust, and usability, bringing property search and advisory services together under a unified brand. Smooth animations with GSAP reinforce a premium feel, while the UI remains simple and approachable for local clients.
